Advertisement: Climb over sand dunes to the top of High Dune! It's not the highest dune though. The Sangre de Criso mountains tower to the east, and plains expand out to the west.

Difficulty: 3 miles, 650 feet of elevation gain, but travel is entirely on sand so will be difficult
Preparation:None. There is no trail, so just head for the tallest sand dune.
